To ensure the best possible print quality, please review the guidelines below before submitting your artwork.
If you’re unsure, our team is happy to assist.

1. Design & Proofing

  • Free artwork setup (layout & proof) is included with all orders.

  • A digital proof will be sent for approval before printing.

  • Production only begins once final approval is received.

2. Colour Requirements

  • For accurate colour reproduction, Pantone Solid Coated (PMS) colours must be supplied.

  • We are unable to colour-match RGB or CMYK values.

  • If artwork is supplied in RGB or CMYK, a written sign-off or printed sample approval is required before production.

  • Due to differences in materials (e.g. PVC vs polyester) and printing processes, colour variation between products may occur.

  • Metallic and fluorescent colours cannot be printed using digital printing.

Important: Colour appearance may differ between screen and print. This is normal in digital printing.

3. Image Quality & Resolution

  • All raster images must be minimum 300 DPI at actual print size.

  • Images sourced from websites or screenshots are typically low resolution and not suitable for print.

  • Low-resolution images may appear pixelated when enlarged.

  • We cannot adjust or correct colour in flat images such as JPEGs.

If supplied images are not suitable for print, artwork may need to be recreated at an additional cost.

4. Fonts & Vector Artwork

  • All fonts must be converted to outlines / curves.

  • Alternatively, supply all required font files.

  • All lines in vector artwork must be locked to avoid output issues.

5. File Setup (Bleed & Safe Area)

  • Include appropriate bleed where required (product-dependent).

  • Keep all critical elements (logos, text) well within the safe area to avoid trimming issues.

  • Product-specific templates are available on request.

6. Accepted Artwork Formats

Preferred Vector Formats

  • Adobe Illustrator (.AI)

  • CorelDRAW (.CDR)

  • Vector PDF (.PDF)

  • Encapsulated PostScript (.EPS)

Accepted Image Formats

  • TIFF (.TIF / .TIFF)

  • Photoshop (.PSD)

  • JPEG (.JPG / .JPEG)

  • PNG (.PNG)

  • Note: File quality is format- and resolution-dependent.

7. Unsupported Formats

  • Microsoft Word (.DOC / .DOCX)

  • Microsoft Excel (.XLS)

  • PowerPoint files

  • Low-resolution screenshots

These formats are not suitable for final print production.
